Terms of use

All customers, by using this site, acknowledge that they are currently successfully wearing the contact lenses prescribed by their eye care provider; that they have a current and valid prescription; and that they have not been advised by a doctor to not wear contact lenses or stop wearing the lenses they are currently prescribed. MD Optix cannot accept responsibility for our customers' inability to wear certain contact lenses.

We rely on you to correctly enter your prescription information. By entering the information and completing the order, you are agreeing that the information you have provided is up to date and the same as the information on your prescription.

By completing your order, you agree to accept the lenses by the shipping method you have selected. You also agree to that you are the party responsible for the credit card used to place the order, and agree to all charges made on our site according to your cardholder agreement.

Contact lens Price Match Guarantee

At MD Optix, we strive to keep our customers happy and healthy. As such, should you find your contact lenses available at a lower price elsewhere, we will match it for your purchase with us. Please take a moment to review the policy terms:

- Prices are matched only after deducting any MD Optix coupons, promotional savings, and other offers from our listed price.

- Price Match is given at the time of purchase or within 7 days of purchase date with a valid receipt.

- When two or more of the same item are purchased, Price Match will be limited to two of those items only.

- We will match prices from selected online competitor websites.

- Items purchased must be identical to the items advertised (e.g., brand, spherical, multifocal, toric, etc), including quantity conditional discounts from competitors (e.g. 2 boxes of lenses for $25).

- The original, complete competitor ad, with valid dates and offers, must be presented at time of purchase. Advertisements presented via smartphone must be displayed on competitor’s website or app. Online prices must be verifiable via competitor website.
